Chris Brown and Usher spark tour buzz with countdown

Chris Brown and Usher have launched a countdown on a website connected to their next move, The Raymond and Brown Tour. At the time this was written, the timer showed 26 hours remaining and is set to hit zero at 12:00 PM ET on Tuesday. Neither Brown nor Usher has explained what will be revealed when the clock runs out, and the website itself does not give any extra details. Fans can only sign up with their email to RSVP for now.

As for what the countdown might be building toward, one likely option is the release of the full tour schedule, since only the name has been confirmed so far. There is also a chance they could roll out presale tickets alongside the dates. It is still unclear if any additional artists will be joining them on the road. For now, fans will have to wait until Tuesday afternoon to see what the two have planned.

Chris Brown & Usher's "The Raymond & Brown Tour"

Chris Brown and Usher first revealed The Raymond and Brown Tour on their Instagram pages last week. They introduced it with a cinematic style trailer that shows both artists riding motorcycles while teasing the upcoming run.

Fans quickly filled their comment sections with excitement. “Gas prices are increasing, we might go to war, talks of a recession, people in other countries are dying….and here tf I am waiting on these tickets! Lord pls don’t judge me,” one person joked. Another wrote, “At least 3 to 4 nights in every city in stadiums only, PLEASE.”

Brown and Usher have worked together several times over the years. Their biggest collaboration remains “New Flame” from 2014, which also features Rick Ross. Looking back on that track in a recent Instagram video, Usher said, “One of my favorite music collaborations where I was a feature on the song and the video was Chris Brown's ‘New Flame.’ Everything about it, the dance, everything.”
