According to AllHipHop’s Houston Williams, veteran producer and musician Teddy Riley has emerged as one of the most vocal supporters backing Kelly. Riley recently shared a remix of Chris Brown’s “It Depends” that features vocals recorded by the disgraced singer.
At the start of the clip, Kelly makes it clear that it is him on the microphone before giving a shoutout to Breezy. Riley also used the post to mark Kelly’s birthday on January 8, noting the occasion in his caption.

At the same time, many others strongly criticized the show of support.
“Why would you support promote and work with someone who has committed so many atrocities to young women As a father of two daughters I could never justify supporting or endorsing this kind of behavior Would you still work with him if he violated your daughter,” one person asked Riley.
Another added, “The unwavering support for pedophilia rape grooming and kidnapping is mind blowing and heartbreaking It’s giving as long as it doesn’t affect you or your family then it doesn’t matter.”
