SXSW Pop: How do you handle criticism of your music, both from fans and critics?
N2K: Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Sometimes I appreciate constructive criticism because it allows me to consider ideas I would not have considered.
SXSW Pop: If you could collaborate with any artist, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
N2K: Quincy Jones. I admire his body of work.
SXSW Pop: What was the most memorable or meaningful experience you've had so far?
N2K: Having people tell me they really enjoy my music and message.

N2K: Recognize that the business side is necessary for the music business.

N2K: Releasing my next single Beautiful Black Sister.

N2K: We talk regularly to make sure we are on the same page.
