Chicago-based rapper, NIZZY GET GOOD, drops latest single, “Wipe It Down.” Driven to ‘bring happiness back to hip hop through manifestation,’ NIZZY is the positive rapper we’ve been waiting for.

“I consider myself a manifestation rapper, where in my lyrics I drop jewels on how to get anything you want with your energy and thoughts,” shares NIZZY.

According to NIZZY, “‘Wipe It Down’ is a term used in Chicago that means ‘get it done.’ Like you’re making money and bringing money in, so you wipe it down. It’s a real Chicago term.” The song’s cover art features a play on the Karate Kid’s famous “wipe on, wipe off” scene, a nod to the song’s title.

Set to an ear-catching beat produced by Chase Davis, “Wipe It Down” features NIZZY’s strong, smooth delivery and thoughtful verses. “I just heard it and went right in. I wrote the song in punch 2-3 style, right in the studio. It was organic—it came right out of my head,” explains the rapper.

“I’ve been rapping since I was five years old. My father used to make me perform all the time. He even gave me an iced-out Mickey Mouse chain like Lil Bow Wow had at the time,” shares NIZZY of his early start. “It’s embedded in me. I have a passion for it.”

NIZZY GET GOOD prides himself in being able to instantly make a song off a beat. “I’m an artist and love art, too,” shares the rapper, who was previously a tattoo artist. “I didn’t have a passion for tattoos, but I never get tired of doing music.”

“I want listeners to get happy,” shares NIZZY GET GOOD. “I want to bring happy rap and hip hop to the world. I want to boost their energy. Teaching people to get excited about the law of attraction is my goal.”

In addition to his recent single, NIZZY GET GOOD is looking forward to dropping his mixtape, The Art of Finesse, on November 13. “It’s not the definition most people know—delicacy. It’s the textbook term we use a lot to take care of business.”

“I plan on being one of the best artists/rappers that come in my time,” adds the ambitious rapper. “I want to affect millions of lives. I want to help them learn to think different.”
