Donz Moran draws inspiration from his life and the world around him. With more than twenty years of experience under his belt, he has perfected his sound, and is now on his way to filling the gaps he sees in the Rap community. It is through songs like his new single “ON TIME” that he is opening the genre up to people of all walks of life.

Moran focuses on creating original Hip Hop and R&B music that is free of samples and full of energy. With such an extensive background as a rapper and producer, the music he creates is unique and full of life.

“I create from what I know,” he said. “It all comes from the things I’ve seen and the life that I have lived so far.” Moran’s music is a true depiction of who he is and where he came from. Listening to it provides a deeper and more intricate understanding of the artist as well as the music he makes

“ON TIME” is an easy to listen to track with a groovy feel to it. “I wrote this song for the ladies,” Moran explained. “I wanted it to be female friendly, which is something I think is long overdue in this culture.” With Rap being such a masculine and dominating genre, refining it to the other side of the community is something important that we all need to be aware of.

“I think people should really take the time to listen to this song,” he said. “Maybe it will remind people of their own sensitivity.”

Following the release of “ON TIME”, Moran is looking forward to the release of his full length album Firestarter as well as several  singles including a few that are on their way this coming summer. If you happen to fall in love with “ON TIME”, the song “Be Cool”, will have a similar, groovy feel to it and is going to be the perfect addition to a poolside playlist.

“I am really looking forward to breaking back into the radio scene and continuing to grow my audience,” Moran said. “I’m just going to keep on pushing my music.”
