Desiigner has been taken into custody following a domestic violence allegation.
The artist, whose legal name is Sidney Royel Selby III, faces a third degree domestic violence charge in Horry County, South Carolina, based on court information reviewed by People magazine.
He was released after paying $1500 (£1123) bail on Tuesday.
The charge stems from a reported incident that allegedly took place on March 2, according to a police document obtained by the publication.
According to the report, the alleged victim, who is the mother of his young child, said Selby came back to their residence upset and began shouting while tossing the keys to their shared car.
She claimed she tried to leave the situation, but Selby allegedly pulled the keys from her pocket and ripped her pants in the process. The report states he then picked up their baby and placed the child into a car seat. When she tried to step in, he allegedly pushed her down outside the house. The report notes she suffered small scratches on her arm and lower back.
By the time officers reached the location, Selby had already left.
Selby was also previously found guilty in September 2023 following an incident on a plane. He was accused of exposing himself during a flight from Tokyo to Minneapolis in April that year.
Officials said the Panda rapper continued the behaviour even after flight attendants repeatedly told him to stop.
He was ordered to complete 120 hours of community service, pay a $5000 (£3740) fine and serve two years of probation.
