Lily Allen has confirmed that she is now in a relationship with Jonah Freud.

The update comes a year after her widely reported split from her former husband, Stranger Things actor David Harbour.

The singer has been seen getting close to Jonah on several occasions over the past few months, although she had not spoken publicly about her relationship until now.

Speaking to Grazia, Lily was asked who she had last texted, and she answered: "My boyfriend."

The couple have recently been spotted spending time together in Paris and Rome.

Jonah, who is a descendant of Sigmund Freud, was seen enjoying coffee at a café with Lily in Rome last month.

During their trip, the pair stayed at Hotel Locarno, where they booked a suite costing $1080 £800 per night.

Not long after, they travelled to Paris for Fashion Week and were seen leaving an apartment together.

Lily had previously shared that she had started dating again in October, but did not confirm whether she was in a serious relationship at the time.

In a conversation with Interview, she opened up about her experience using dating apps after heartbreak.

She said: "They're awful, especially if you're going through heartbreak.

"There is nothing more depressing than hundreds of people that are nothing like the person that you're missing. It's just like, 'No, that's not him. That's not him. That's not him.'"
