“Turnstile: Never Enough,” the 55-minute companion film to the Baltimore rock band’s fourth studio album, will get a theatrical release via Sumerian Pictures in June. Directed by the band’s Brendan Yates and Pat McCrory, the film features all 14 songs from the forthcoming album. The film’s release follows its world premiere as an official selection at New York’s Tribeca Film Festival.
In addition to Yates and McCrory, the film also features band members Franz Lyons, Daniel Fang, and Meg Mills.
The album, out on June 6 via Roadrunner Records, features the singles “Look Out for Me,” “Birds” and “Seein’ Stars” (the latter featuring vocals by Paramore’s Hayley Williams and Blood Orange’s Devonte Hynes). The project marks the band’s first full-length release since their 2021 album “Glow On,” which earned four Grammy nominations.
The band plays the Tied Down festival in Detroit on June 1 and a headlining gig in New York at Under the K Bridge on June 5 (with special guests Teezo Touchdown, Boy Harsher and Big Boy) before playing festivals in Europe for the rest of the month. The full tour itinerary appears below:
