LOS ANGELES – This artist’s first EP of Pop and Indie songs have barely scratched the surface of the depths she’s planning to go in the music industry.

She’s Becktoria. And she holds a wealth of knowledge in the arts – well versed in acting, modeling and classically trained in music. Born in Burma and raised in England, Becktoria excelled in her academics while achieving many beauty pageant titles. But – as music was her first and foremost passion – she earned distinctions and merits from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music and Trinity Guildhall. 

She was halfway through her biomedical training when she found the courage to pursue her dreams in music. This pursuit of happiness and newfound focus led Becktoria to a new home in LA and launch an exciting career as she obtained a master’s degree in acting in film. 

“I’d love to do music as long as I can,” she said. “Making the music, inspiring people through it and to be successful at it is the most important thing. I write my songs so young women can relate well to it, but everyone enjoys the beat.”

With a global fan-base that includes collaborations in Europe, Becktoria lit up the Billboard Top 40 Indicator Chart with her latest single “I Like It Like That.” Followed by four other great tracks, the EP “Goodbye & Hello” shares experiences and profound messages for the listener … with more than a million listeners, in fact, on Soundcloud. With such a platform, Becktoria hopes the world hears what’s on her heart.

“In my music, the most important message is be confident in yourself,” she said. “I’ve been on a spiritual journey these past few years as I’ve pursued this dream, and I’ve discovered myself. I hope others can do the same. To love yourself and not to doubt yourself because we’re amazing and special in our own way – and to never shy away from that.”

This positive and courageous spirit drove Becktoria to appearances on major cable outlets such as TruTV, Syfy, BET, Investigation Discovery, Cooking Channel TV, National Geographic Channel, Game Show Network, MTV, E!, HSN, Disney XD and 13th Street Network Channel.

The New Year is looking bright for Becktoria as she shares with fans that her next project is in the preliminary writing stage. In the meantime, lean into her motto: “Be inspired to inspire. Help others any way you can. Work together and unite in kindness.”
